Delta TM designed the Decathlon store in Ondara.
The new Decathlon store opened on 12 November beside Portal de la Marina in Ondara.
The Delta TM team included Óscar Cholbi as project architect and site director, Sara Miravet as collaborating architect, Sergio Frau as draughtsman and Aurelio Mengual as manager.
Guillermo Cardona Mas, from Cano Puigcerver y Asociados, directed construction execution. GMD participated as the brand’s reference engineering practice.
Vibroaspre developed the project and Blauverd built it in seven months.
The building covers approximately 2,400 m² and serves the area between Gandía and Benidorm.
Work began with the site study, the grouping of plots and the preparation of a detailed planning study.
Delta TM prepared the design to Decathlon standards and managed the permits.
Delta TM compared contractors’ prices and specifications. The developer used the report to select the builder.
After handover, Delta TM continued with the procedures for the activity licence.
The project and construction directors checked the technical specifications throughout the works.
For this commission, Delta TM connected the initial site study, the design and site supervision.
